Sister Terry Falco, RSM and Sister Barbara Breaud, O. Carm., formerly the staff of the Carmelite Spiritual Center in Lacombe, have a new ministry, Pilgrim Companions.
“We have chosen the name “Pilgrim Companions” to express our willingness and ability to travel to different sites (groups, parishes, meetings) to offer Days of Prayer, weekend retreats, and presentations. We can work with groups to find sites to meet their needs.”
Sisters Terry and Barbara will also be available for spiritual direction.
Spiritual Direction
Sister Terry Falco is certified in Spiritual Direction and Supervision of Spiritual Directors by the Gray Center of Jackson, MS and received a master’s degree in Liturgy from the University of Notre Dame. Sister Terry is located in Mandeville, LA. Call for an appointment at (985) 859-7792.
Sister Barbara Breaud received a master’s degree in Formative Spirituality from Duquesne University. She has a special interest in Carmelite, Ignatian, and 12-Step spirituality. Sister Barbara is located in the Lakeview area of New Orleans, LA. Call for an appointment at (985) 856-6986.
Days of Prayer, Retreat Days
Sister Terry’s gifts in designing prayerful experiences and Sister Barbara’s talks and presentations have combined to create days of prayer and retreats that have helped many in their search for a deeper relationship with our God. Some topics presented include “Being with God in our Grief,” “The Art of Letting Go,” “Living in Hope Today,” and “The Last Week of Jesus.”
Groups have included book clubs, parish groups, college groups, religious associations, and school staffs. Sisters Terry and Barbara will work with your group to develop a topic and theme for presentations to meet your needs.
