Father Eduardo Agosta Scarel, O. Carm. from Argentina showed the sisters at the Motherhouse how to make homemade pasta. Sister Francesca Truxillo, O. Carm and Sister Mary Ellen Wheelahan, O. Carm. learned the process to make their own pasta.
The sisters at the Motherhouse gathered together to enjoy the homemade pasta with red gravy or Alfredo sauce along with their Mardi Gras celebration on January 30, 2015.
